Welcome to the Morgenbesser farm,
Lower Austria's highest mountain farm house

Our farm is nestled in a wonderful mountain setting at an elevation of 1,150 m.

The mild climate, the many woods and peace and quiet make our farm a true haven for relaxation.
There is always something special going on, in summer and winter.
Our home makes a convenient base for hiking. 10 km from the tennis courts, 12 km from the public outdoor pool.

Horse riding facilities are available at the "Lechner" stable, just 7 km away.

The well-run "Kummerbauer Stadl" inn is 1.3 km from our farm.

Cross-country ski trails are right outside our door (complimentary use for our guests).
Advanced skiers can be transported to the nearby "Sonnwendstein" ski lift. In-house ski instructor.

The well-run "Kummerbauer Stadl" inn is 1.3 km from our farm.
