... beim Elternbett. Zudem wären auch ein kleiner Tisch und 2 Stühle zusätzlich gut. Herrliche Aussicht aus dem 2. Stock gegen den See hinunter.
Das Essen war für ein 3 Sterne-Hotel sehr gut. Im Wellnessbereich (Hallenbad, Saunas) sollten Tücher bereit liegen, die benützt werden können und gleich dort wieder "entsorgt" werden können. Spielzimmer mit Kinderclub war toll, wenn auch verbesserungswürdig (Kommunikation). Das könnte aber auch daran liegen, dass wir am Eröffnungstag angereist sind. Generell sollte die Kommunikation verstärkt werden: Mehr Aktiv werden von Seite des Hauses (Ausflugsziele bei schlechtem Wetter aktiver an den "Mann" bringen, vor allem Ziele wählen aus der Gegend, die Bar mehr anpreisen und dann dort auch Personal haben). |

das hotel war sehr schön, sehr schöne Ausstattung. Die Zimmer waren zu wenig geheizt, wir hatten sehr kalt in der Nacht trotz separaten Wärmer.

Das Servicepersonal im Restaurant war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend und die Putzekipe auch. Die Zeiten der verschiedenen Veranstaltungen im hotel waren alle auf eine Zeit gesetzt so dass mann sich richtig entscheiden musste was man machen will, vielleicht ein wenig versetzt einteilen, dass man auch wircklich alles sehen kann worauf man lust hat. An der Rezeption könnte mann noch eine wenig mehr Interesse zeigen wenn die Gäste etwas wissen möchten, ansonsten war es wircklich gut. Im grossen und ganzen waren wir zufrieden. |
