The wonderful Brettmaisserhof farm is the´right place to forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Children love the unspoilt surroundings and have fun in the swimming pool, the big sand pit or in the stables while feeding the countless farm animals. The little rabbits and goats, our two dachshund dogs "Bella and Hexi", the cat "Mucki", many cows and calves, the Haflinger mare "Riga" are looking forward to meeting our young guests.
Children have plenty of time and space to romp around and to play. They also can help in the stables, milk the cows, feed the calves, make the hay and enjoy a ride with the tractor. Don't forget to bring your rubber boots!
In the meantime, the parents can relax and unwind. A truly perfect holiday! Countless hiking trails and walking paths start right on your doorstep, the scenic Kalkalpen Nature Park is only a stone's throw away. Those who prefer a vacation at a more leisurely pace can restore their energy under the shady fruit trees or on the panoramic sunbathing lawn.

Winter activities in the surroundings include tobogganing on the gently rolling slopes, snowshoe hiking to the area's most scenic spots, horse carriage rides through the picture-book regions of the Kalkalpen National Park. Afterwards you are strongly recommended to enjoy a hearty snack and a cup of spicy tea in our cozy farmer's parlor. The comfy guestrooms are equipped with shower/WC, radio and satellite TV.
Wellness aficionados head for the recently opened "Mediterrana" Thermal Spa Center in Bad Hall: thermal baths, Roman parlor, iodine steam bath, giant sauna world! Open daily until midnight. easily accessible by car (25 min). Also the neighboring village of Losenstein (10 min by car) offers a small but comfy indoor swimming pool with sauna parlor.
