... everything in the apartment (!!!): the kitchen, the floors, you have to remove the badsheets. Why the hell are you paying the cleaning tax for, then???

Reasonable place to stay. Owners living in the same house demand rather quiet behaviour after 10 p.m. so place not recommended for people expecting some late night "fun" with ...

Owners demand also 100 EUR deposit per apartment, returnable at departure (to protect against damages). As itself it's not a problem but it would be nice if it was mentioned earlier, not coming as a surprise at arrival, especially that it's not local standard (I've lived in many other appartments nearby or in Soelden and it's first time deposit was required)

... klein für 6-7 Personen. Internetzugang (WLAN) leider kostenpflichtig. Kaution (100 Euro) notwendig. Die Milch vom Hof ist lecker, der Kuhstallbesuch für die Kinder problemlos möglich. Die Busanbindung nach Sölden (20 min Takt, Haltestelle 250m entfernt) sehr brauchbar, die Busfahrer freundlich (bleibt auch mal direkt am Hof stehen). Der Skiraum bietet auch eine Skischuh-Heizung. Parkplatz ausreichend vorhanden.

Our farmhouse, located approx. 2.5km from the center of Längenfeld, is embedded amid majestic mountains and offers wonderful views.

Our house is only 200m from the free ski bus stop.

Beautiful cross-country skiing tracks are nearby.
