nicht zufrieden
Das steile Pfad nach Joelblick ware zuviel fur unsere schwere pkw: breite Reifen, automat. Gab grosse Probleme. Jedesmal angstig um oben zu kommen un wagen zu drehen. Mein Mann ist 1.96 ...

Liebe Leute, um dieses richtig zu stellen war es nicht ganz so extrem. Die steile Auffahrt steht im Prospekt und mann sollte mit seinem Auto auch umgehen können. Die Dusche war nur locker, man hätte Sie nur ein wenig festziehen müssen. Der Herr hatte schon drei Beipässe und dürfte laut Ihren Aussagen gar nicht in dieser Seehöhe sich aufhalten und sind dann richtung Gardasee gefahren.

... und had mehrmals sein Kopf gestossen (blutend). Die Dusche war kaputt (das Wasse ging alle Seiten aus) un nach drie Tage sind wir abgereist und ein andere Appartment gefunden

die Wohnung Kirchblick ist sehr einfach und etwas lieblos gestaltet. Das Badezimmer läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Man kann nicht richtig duschen, da der Duschkopf nicht in der Halterung ...

... häft auch ist das Badezimmer sehr dunkel. Ansonsten fehlt es an kleinen Details in der Wohnung z.B. gibt es keinen Dosenöffner etc.

In extremely peaceful and sunny location at the entrance to the village of Oberau, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

The entire region boasts an infinite number of activities and scenic excursion sites. Walking paths, hiking trails, mountain lakes, water reservoirs, gorges and ravines, silver mines and crystal worlds are only a few of the many highlights.

Bus stop (free skibus shuttle), Pizzeria 100 m away. Local inns 300 m. Cross-country skiing trails and ski slopes at approx. 200 m. Food shops, bank, indoor pool, wellness facilities in the village center (300 m). Outdoor pool in summer, water slide, tennis courts (1 km). Niederau und Auffach ski areas at 5 km.

Nice sunbathing lawn, BBQ site in front of the house.
Covered parking.
(Daily) fresh bread delivery on request.
Washing machine, tumble drier available for free.
