The 200-km-long route network around the Semmering offers idyllic paths, which you can not only explore on foot, but also with the mountain bike. The routes have different levels of difficulty and are therefore appropriate for everyone.
The railway hiking route alongside the Unesco world heritage of the Semmering railway attracts lots of people interested in railways and hiking. The newly constructed bike park on the Hirschenkogel impresses cyclists. The oldest golf court of Austria is only a half-an-hour walk away. A driving range, a putting and a chipping green offer perfect training possibilites for professionals and for those who want to become one.

The festivals in Reichenau form a very important part of the cultural summer at the Semmering. The legendary performances shown in the Südbahn hotel attract thousands of culture admirers. In winter the ideal location of the house enables you to comfortably reach the panhan meadow, the ski school with the sports equipment rental, the Hirschenkogel sport arena, as well as the cross-country skiing tracks, which are all a few minutes away.

Our house is especially suitable for families with small children, as the children's practice slope can be reached on foot in only a few minutes. Our holiday flats are provided with a small kitchen, which makes everyday life easier with your kids.

The modern floodlight facilities on the Hirschenkogel make it possible for you to enjoy the slopes after sunset.
