Choose from a wide range of recreational opportunities both summer and winter. Endless walks or adventurous hiking tours amid unspoilt nature. Crisp and clean mountain air awaits you in the Kitzbühel Alps and the Brixen Valley!

The Fleckalmbahn gondola is within easy reach, taking you to the famous Hahnenkamm ski area. There is also a free ski-bus shuttle. The bus stop is only 50 m away and can be reached in two minutes.

Cross-country skiing buffs will find a true dorado amid snow-covered winter wonderland. Discover the region's most treasured spots. The Bichlach and Brixental nordic tracks are only a few minutes from our house!
