The house (built in 2003) located amid its private lakeside grounds on the shores of Ossiacher Lake. There is only one private guesthouse nearby.

Only 170 steps from our natural, private beach offering peace and silence in abundance. The beach features a stage with swimming area (natural surroundings), a boat stage, a picturesque sunbathing lawn (at 600m?) with deckchairs and storage room. Our cozy house is embedded in lush green meadows and shady forests boasting a varied fauna and flora.

1km from the village center of Ossiach; 8km from Feldkirchen´s shopping malls. Scenic walking path to Ossiach (10 minutes´ walk). Fishing grounds and bicycle rental located nearby.

We offer two separate, comfortably equipped and stylish apartments at 60m? with separate entrances. Libelle Apartment is located on the first floor (outdoor staircase); Haubentaucher Apartment is situated on the ground floor. Each apartment has its own electric heating system.
