Description
Franz Josefskai is a popular destination at any time of the year. Summer highlights include a swimming boat and Hermann's Beach Bar, as well as the Summer Stage further up the river. The floating restaurants, the docks and tour boats, boat trips to Pressburg, the stunning view of Kahlenberg and Leopoldsberg, the lively Bermudadreieck pubs and bars are year-round attractions.
Our apartments are in a central location in Vienna, only a 5-minute walk from Stephansplatz, Graben and Kärntnerstrasse. Public transport offers easy access to all major sights and attractions. Tram lines 1 and 2, for instance, operate the Ringstrasse route.
There are numerous baker's shops and restaurants (Kebap, Pizza, Chinese food, Austrian and nouvelle cuisine) within walking distance. Our apartments are in a private house and make a splendid base for both business travelers and tourists.

From all directions: head towards Ringstrasse (which circles the first district) or Franz-Josefskai (please note that the row of buildings following Hotel Capricorno is named "Schwedenplatz") - 15, Franz-Josefskai is only accessible via Laurenzerberg/Hafnersteig - direct access only until 10.30am (pedestrian area)
