The five villages of the wine-growing community (Anzenberg, Inzersdorf, Getzersdorf, Walpersdorf and Wetzmannsthal) are located at the village border of the lower Traisental, at the foot of the Theyerner hill (424 m). They are surrounded by a whole number of vineyards, walk ways and cycling routes through picturesque vineyards with a magnificent view of the alpine upland and the Traisental valley.
Visitors, on their way through the community, will come across Baroque churches and numerous crosses.
Friendly gastronomy, accommodation and Heurigen wine taverns are there to ensure your physical well-being.
Embedded in the wide natural landscape of the Traisental valley, our municipality presents itself with an active leisure programme, like for instance: tennis, beach volleyball, soccer, skating, cycling and hiking, etc.
And after every kind of sport activity, our Heurigen wine taverns will invite you for a stay - and they always have high season!
A good tip for all cyclists:
Even convinced non-cyclists know that the gently rolling hills of the Traisental are ideal for more or less extensive cycling tours.
