The charming village of Mils is a place of power at the heart of the Imst holiday region. It offers easy access to innumerable activities and events in neighboring towns and valley, as well as to the most popular ski resorts in the Oberland region. The cycle route along the River Inn, the lovely walking trails, and the "Au" meadows make for an unparalleled nature experience. Even the ancient Romans appreciated Mils as a popular place for a sop on their way across the Alps. The remains of their road, the renowned Via Claudia Augusta, have been preserved up to the present day.
A special attraction for the old and young is the Trofana Tyrol motorway restaurant with theme park, trout pond, herb garden, water attractions, petting zoo, Kneipp facilities, and play area.
