The small village of Musau (330 inhabitants) forms part of the Reutte holiday region and is delightfully located on the southern shores of the river Lech.

The town comprises three districts (Brandstatt, Roßschläg and Saba) and is a romantic holiday destination for those in search of peace and quietness. The close proximity to Germany and good road connections to the rest of Tirol make Musau in ideal outing base. Musau is also ideally located for wonderful walks and hikes in our scenic surroundings.

Located in the foothills of the Alps, the small village of Musau is your gateway to Tirol. Musau is 6 km north-west of the town of Reutte and has a population of 330.

The town extends over a lenght of 4km and comprises the districts of Brandstatt, Roßschläg and Saba.

In former times the people of Musau lived off agriculture. Today Musau is a romantic holiday destination, that has a lot to offer. Its location close to the state border and excellent traffic routes to inner Tirol make it the ideal base for numerous excursions.
