Welcome to Oed-Oehling!
The market community Oed-Oehling was created in 1972 by the merging of the market Oed and the municipality Öhling. The 1062 ha large market municipality lies in the middle of an especially charming part of the hilly landscape of the Mostviertel, marked by impressing farmer´s residences and beautiful orchards.
The two villages Oed and Oehling are ancient settlement; together they have already been mentioned in 1140.
The municipality has got 2 municipal offices, 2 primary schools and 2 kindergartens due to its special composition. It is mainly structured agriculturally, but also a popular second residence for the nearby town of Amstetten.
