Steinberg - an oasis of quiet and peace
The idyllic village of Steinberg is located 10km from the lake and far from the hustle and bustle of daily life. A cave at the Schneidjoch mountain has been declared being an European treasure. In 1957 mountaineers discovered inscriptions there that date back to Etruscan times. The meaning of those inscriptions is as of yet unknown.
