Waldenstein lies south of Gmünd and is especially known for its pilgrimage. Thousands of people come to visit a statue of Virgin Mary in Waldenstein each year.
For our guests, we offer the sport and culture centre with 2 tennis courts, 2 open air courts, 1 squash court, asphalt curling, 1 culture hall (theatre, concerts, parties,...) and a restaurant. Hiking paths, hobby courses of the education and home work, bizarre rock formations, cycle trails and a library top off the offer.
