We are in the center of "New Europe" (1 hour to Vienna/ 2 hours to Prague).
Our holiday resort lies at the edge of Mitterretzbach in quiet location. Originally a farmhouse built at the end of the 19th century, it was turned into a cosy holiday resort at the foot of the Manhart mountain. Here 2 climatic zones meet (Waldviertel and Weinviertel), which means a lot of sunshine and little rain.

Enjoy our open, wide landscape. Harmony and cosiness can be found in our apartments and the holiday house, peace and recreation on the sunny terraces or in the shady garden with heated swimming pool.
If you are looking for a change and would like to discover the unique surroundings of Mitterretzbach and the Wein- and Waldviertel region, there are many things to see. The romantic, untouched Thayatal valley in the national park, the Wein/Waldviertel cycling trail net (starts right at our doorstep), and much more.

We care for your well-being. Go and visit a "Heurigen" wine tavern, try a cellar snack with wine tasting at a winery, enjoy cosy get-togethers in our cellar "Stüberl". Our wine shop "Best of Weinviertel" is always open for you. The following pages contain important information - just call me. I love to help with all your wishes and requests.
