Both the communities of La Gacilly, France, and Hollersbach are dedicated to protecting nature and yet benefitting from it. Yves Rocher, the La Gacilly-based cosmetics group, have therefore decided to set up a herb farm in their Austrian twin town.
The Hollersbach herb farm boasts some 700 species of herbs and flowers, which are picked, dried and then shipped to France and Ireland for further processing.
