The most attractive ski area within the region is the Thurntaler ski mountain in Sillian with a state-of-the-art mountain gondola, two quadruple chair lifts and three t-bar ski lifts with an hourly capacity of 10,000 persons, whisking skiers up to 2407m above sea level. 45 km of immaculate slopes for all levels and abilities. No lift lines!
The Hochpustertal Snow Fun Park makes a truly unique paradise for snowboarders and freestylers. What's more, the Thurntaler area boasts unlimited powder stashes and back-country skiing routes ideal for both off-piste skiers and ski mountaineers.
The ultimate Ski Hit ski pass gives unlimited access to all ski areas in Osttirol, including also Mölltal Glacier, boasting no less than 300 km of immaculate slopes. The two small and inexpensive ski areas of Obertilliach and Kartitsch are perfectly suitable for young skiers and families.
