Schröcken apartment is part of the complex Sportappart Hochtannberg /1496 m/ with wonderful views out onto the Alps (right from the apartment balcony)/. It is situated in close proximity to Hochtanbergpaß /1679m/, in the centre of the Warth-Schröcken skiing resort which has 66km of pistes, of which 28km are blue, 20km red and 8km black, and is also famous for its free-ride ski-runs. This is one of the few skiing resorts which have heated seats on their chair lifts! Long-term statistics show that the Warth-Schröcken region has more snow than any other region in Austria, with the season beginning in December and ending in April.
