Gablitz
A Warm Welcome to Gablitz, in the heart of the Vienna Woods!
Gablitz, embedded in the gently rolling hills of the Vienna Woods (210-540 m above sea level), has been a popular holiday resort for more than 100 years now. Back in 1891 Empress Elisabeth spent the summer here. You can enjoy the peaceful setting, on the one hand, but also the bright lights of the metropolitan city of Vienna, which is only 5km away.
Gablitz, first mentioned in the 11th century, has a size of 18,16 km² and is perfectly suitable for hiking tours in any season!
