Flachau lies on a high plateau, 905m above sea level, 70km south of Salzburg, Tauern motorway exit 66, and is a wonderful place to go cycling together with kids and family. Try inline skating, nordic walking and jogging, try beach volleyball, climb in the climbing garden or bathe in one of the numerous bathing lakes. The mountains that surround you are between 2,000 and 2,600m high, are a true dorado for mountain bike fans - but also great to go hiking, mountaineering, canyoning or caving - and zorbing is an absolute adrenaline booster, have you ever tried it?
