Visit us in the beautiful silence of the Lupinienweg!Our house is at a calm location because the Lupinienweg is not a through road. From the southern balcony (to the lake) you enjoy a wonderful view on the lake and the Karawanken. The apartments are completely and comfortably equipped, consisting of bath/shower/seperate WC or shower/WC, seperate kitchen with dining area, living-bed room and bed room (electric heating, SAT-TV, radio, safe, partly dishwasher and washing machine). Bed linen, towels weekly included. Crib, changing stand and children´s chair on inquiry.



The public beach (about 200 m, entrance and private cubicle for each apartment inclusive) is accessible through the passing promenade path. Recreational facilities and playground in the vicinity. Lake and forest excursions possible away from main road, also bike tours (bike box available).

Reduced weekly packages (10 to 15 %) on arrival and departure on Saturday.

Comfortable apartments 2 to 4 persons (max. 2 adults + 2 children) calm situated in the first series to the lake. All apartments with equipped south balcony with free view to the lake and the mountains (see picture below), baht/shower/separated WC or shower/WC, well equipped separated kitchen with dining place, living room with sleeping couch and sleeping room (el.-heating, sat-tv, radio, safe, partly with dishwasher and washing machine).

To the beach, distance app. 200 m you reach it direct via the promenade, entrance and cabine for each apartment are includet.

One private lot for each apartmen on the north - to the Lupinienweg.

Reduced week lump sums (Saturday) = used occupancy.
