Our house is on the outskirts of Oberndorf, in a quiet residential area, surrounded by lush meadows. Enjoy stunning views of the Wilder Kaiser massif! The town of Kitzbühel is just 4 km away, and walking routes depart on the doorstep.
Relax and unwind at the private spa (approx. 100 m²) with saunas and a solar-heated and covered outdoor swimming pool.
Our restaurant is closed on Wednesday evenings - thus offering you the opportunity to try one of the other restaurants nearby.

Our hotel is small but beautiful.
With our personally supervised program you can enjoy versatile holidays in an authentic Tirolean atmosphere.
Our hotel is located outside of Oberndorf, in a settlement surrounded by nature and only 4km from Kitzbühel. The ski bus stop for buses running to and from the Oberndorf/St. Johann ski area can be found at about 100 meters. A cross-country skiing track is only 150m away.
Relax and unwind in our wellness area with Roman sauna, Finnish sauna and infrared cabin. You can also use our small gym.
