Enns cycling trail: follow the signposts from the Dorfcafé in the center of Flachau towards the mini golf course. In Reitdorf cross the road and change to the right shore of the river Enns. At the Brückenwirt inn in Altenmarkt cross the road again and continue to Radstadt. At the crossing take a right and return to Altenmarkt along the old Roman road. At the pharmacy in Altenmarkt pick up the cycling trail to Flachau. In Reitdorf the cycling trail crosses the road again and takes you directly back to Flachau.
From the center of Flachau via the Sattelweg to the Sattelbauer inn (good food & drink, great views); through a gate to a forest track - stay on the left side. Descend on a gravel path and continue along the Zauchensee road to Altenmarkt and along the Enns cycling trail back to Flachau.
From the center of Flachau 100m along the federal road, then on the Sattelweg path towards Flachauwinkel. After about 5km turn right at a sign reading "Gindlplattenweg" and continue on the moderately ascending gravel path. 300m after the Frauenalm (great for a break) turn left towards the Frauensattel (highest point of the tour). Descend via three mountain huts (Schüttalm, Nazbauern and Edelweißalm) down to the Wagrain federal road and cycle back to Flachau.
