Each year in March lovers of sports meet in the upper Sellraintal valley, when groups of four conquer the ski mountaineering peaks in Praxmar-Lüsens with their snowboards and skis.
The first uphill racer starts in Praxmar (1,685m + mass start) and climbs over the Schönbichl to the Scharte underneath the Lampsenspitze (2,800m, difference in altitude 1,115m). There the first downhill racer takes over who has to race back to the starting point. The second uphill racer has to reach the "Scharte" underneath the Zischgelesgipfel peak (2,880m, difference in altitude 1,195m), the second downhill racer has to hand over the baton in the finish at the carpark in Praxmar.
