SCHRÖCKEN - a hot tip for winter sports fans and nature lovers

The small village Schröcken lies at the end of a valley in the Bregenzerwald on the foothill of the Hochtannberg mountain. A wide range of winter sports facilities and the traditional hospitality make Schröcken a very charming village - it's a great alternative to the neigboring villages on the Arlberg mountain. Stay in Schröcken, in a small pension, in an apartment or in a hotel and collect lasting impressions. The hosts are right to be proud that they can give young and old holiday-makers the feeling of being at home. The restaurants in Schröcken offer everything from traditional meals to nouvelle cuisine. The nearest access to the Warth-Schröcken ski area is at the Salober mountain, which you can reach by bus. You must not miss the 5km-long downhill run to Schröcken, on which you will pass the idyllically located Körbersee lake and get directly to the village centre.
