In St. Leonhard everyone can experience the thrill of ice climbing! Wildspitze mountain (3,774m) has always held a special allure for ski mountaineers.
The Pitztal glacier and the Rifflsee skiing and hiking area provide all the athletic facilities and highest cable car in Austria - the Pitz-Panoramabahn - to bring the astonished guests at 3,440 m above sea level and a closer view that searches the entire Alpine arc equal.
In summer, St. Leonhard is an eldorado for hikers and climbers.
