Located in an Alpine setting on the left bank of the Lech river, Lechaschau is part of the Ferienregion Reutte holiday region. Lech with its 2000 inhabitants is the ideal place to spend quiet, unwinding holidays with your family.
Thanks to the proximity of the district capital of Reutte (the Lech river separates the two towns), Lechaschau boasts a very good infrastructure. The Lech river, which used to be called "Tirol´s wildest water", is the oldest inhabitant of our high-lying valley. In the meantime it has been tamed but it still boasts its natural power and clearness. Top water quality. No wonder that the Lech river was declared a conservation area in 2000.
Lechaschau is part of the holiday region of Reutte, right at the outskirts of the Alps. Located on the left-hand-side shore of the Lech river, our small village with a population of 2000 is the ideal destination for a relaxing family vacation.
Due to its proximity to the town of Reutte (separated only by the Lech river), Lechauschau boasts excellent infrastructure. Once the "wildest river in Tirol", the Lech river has now been "civilized". It has superb water quality and was declared a nature preserve in the year 2000.
