The Silvretta alpine road leading to the Bielerhöhe pass (2030m above sea level) is one of the most popular and beautiful mountain roads of the Alps. The fantastic panoramic view of the Silvretta lake and the surrounding area attracts alpinists and excursionists alike. Numerous huts and summits (Piz Buin - 3312m - Vorarlberg´s highest mountain) await to be conquered in the area where Switzerland and the provinces of Tirol and Vorarlberg meet. Fishing is possible in the Silvrettasee lake which is Europe´s highest lake with motorboat service.
