When staying with us you can sleep longer than others and still be the first to hit the slopes!

Our apartment house is located in the heart of the Zillertal ski area, between the quaint "Kaltenbacher" mountain inn and the "Alpengasthof Zirbenstadl" guesthouse at Neuhütten ski lift.

Enjoy truly great skiing holidays without lift lines and stress.

Thanks to Kaltenberg´s location at an altitude of 1, 800m fantastic skiing conditions are guaranteed! There are plenty of fun activities for non-skiers including walking, sledding, snowball fights, ....

From November to May our apartment house is only accessible via the Hochzillertal gondola.

At your arrival we await you at the parking lot of the Bergbahn Hochzillertal lift and take you to the upper terminal. We will also organize the transportation of your luggage.

Welcome!

Located on the Zillertal panorama road at 1800m above sea level, our house is easily accessible and makes a splendid base for walks, hiking and mountain bike tours in the summer and fall.

Children will have the time of their lives, as there is so much to do and see. Highlights include: Dinosaur rock, caves, secret camps, ...
