WELCOME in our holiday flats in ideal position - only 5 min walk to town centre , 3 min walk to skibus-stop, 8 min by car to the Skiarena Nassfeld

Our well kept house with two apartments for 2-6 people each, is located in quiet and sunny position, only 3 min walk to the free shuttle bus to the Millenniums Express in the Skiarena Nassfeld. By car it takes you 8 min to get there.

Our guests enjoy the central location of our house - shops, restaurants, coffe-shops and the town-centre are all within walking distance of only a few minutes.

We offer two flats of 65 m2 each, very cosy furnished and well equipped. (with 2 bedrooms , underfloor-heating in bathrooms!)

For our youngest guests baby equipment ( beds, chairs, tubs) as well as toys, children`s books and lots of games are available!

Very often our flats are booked by 2 families who want to spend their holidays together- 1 flat in ground floor, 1 flat in 1st floor. So all in all we are able to host 12 people.

The Skiarena Nassfeld with its guaranteed snow conditions is among the top-ten ski regions in Austria, offering more than 100 km of excellent pistes, a snow-cross park and a halfpipe for snowboarders.
A lighted toboggan-run, a skating rink as well as tracks for crosscountry-skiing you find near our house. You can also go skating to the Pressegger Lake (6 km) or to the Weissensee (25 min drive), the largest natural ice rink in Europe with a surface of 6,5km2.

Our well-kept house with 2 apartments for 6 people each is located in quiet and sunny position.The town centre of Hermagor with restaurants, shops and coffe-shops is within walking distance of only a few minutes.
Each of the flats has about 65 m2, is very cosy furnished and well equipped (2 bedrooms!). There is a big garden around our house with a well kept lawn and a little children`s playround . Sunchairs and sunshades are available. The big paved area in front of our house is used as a big terrace by our guests.

Mostly two families, who want to spend their holidays together, book our house. There is 1 flat in the ground floor, 1 flat in the 1st floor (with balcony), so all in all we are able to host 12 people.

For our little guests we offer also baby equipment ( beds, chairs, bath tubs) as well as toys, children`s boks and games!

Our area invites you to try Nordic Walking in landscapes that have won international awards on the sunny side of the alps. Thousand kilometers of marked hiking trails wait for you to be discovered. Lake Presseggersee is one of the warmest bathing lakes in the whole of Carinthia. It reaches up to 28 °C and has drinking water purity! There are modern lakeside lidos and a Children`s adventure park there. The valley landscapes of our region are also ideal for cycling tours, the Carnic Cycle Track runs very close to our house.
