Zillertal Valley

Located at the heart of Tirol with fifty five 3,000-meter high mountains, the Zillertal has plenty to offer for ultimate holidays.

The valley comprises four main regions: Mayrhofen-Hippach, Zillertal Arena, Tux-Finkenberg and Fügen-Kaltenbach. 

171 state-of-the-art ski lifts and 662 km of superbly groomed slopes on Hintertuxer Glacier (open year round), in the Zillertal Arena, in Mayrhofen and in Hochfügen-Zillertal ensure a first-class skiing experience for all level skiers and riders. The valley offers an extensive activity program, which includes daily guided alpine touring and snowshoeing for great winter fun off the groomed slopes.

In the summer the Zillertal offers invigorating mountain air, crystal-clear water from the mountains, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor exercise and recreation. The Zillertal’s stunning mountains make for a breathtaking scenery and offer great hiking. Over 1000 kilometers of designated hiking trails and seven Via Ferrata climbing routes are available for unlimited hiking pleasures. Mountain biking aficionados can choose from 800 kilometers of bike trails for all experience levels.
