This winter sports arena which covers Gosau, Rußbach, the Zwieselalm and Annaberg is the perfect venue for that magical family holiday. With 32 ski lifts and a network of more than 70 kilometres of well-prepared and maintained pistes, this is one of the largest resorts in Austria.
Thanks to modern technology, snow is guaranteed from the end of November to the middle of April.
The Zwieselalm is also perfect for snow shoe hiking tours.

Ski & Freeride Arena Dachstein - Krippenstein

Experience the magic of the mountains, far from hoards of tourists, yet close to the lonely Dachstein massif.

Thrills are guaranteed here as you race down the 11 kilometre piste from the summit of the Krippenstein! This covers about 1500 metres of altitude!

This is an area of outstanding natural beauty, and there are unobstructed, panoramic views of the high alpine peaks from this mountain plateau.

We offer more than 130 km of well-maintained trails through valleys or high in the mountains!

Spend many magical hours exploring this magnificent World Cultural Heritage Region with many specially prepared trails to choose from.

And of course there are many (gentle) slopes in our valleys which provide the best conditions for tobogganing!

DACHSTEIN ROUND: 173 km - 4600 metres in altitude.

This is a challenging mountain bike tour around the Dachstein in the heart of Austria. It covers parts of three Austrian provinces: Salzburg, Upper Austria and Styria. It is undoubtedly one of the most impressive tours - the Dachstein massif is always in sight, and there are views of it from all sides and many different angles.

This 173 km circular tour of the beautiful Dachstein region is an exciting, pulse-raising experience for all mountain bike enthusiasts! The route is strenuous - it includes 4600 metres of altitude, but affords some of the most magnificent views of our region. You do not have to complete the whole round all in one go. The route is designed to be completed over 3 days. Child's play!
