Welcome to the charming plateau of Mieming, a place of outstanding natural beauty!

Thanks to its pristine scenery, the Mieming Plateau has been the location for many films and TV productions.

Mieming stands for vast, flower-strewn meadows, deep blue skies, spectacular mountains, and a variety of walking trails and sports facilities.

Wildermieming and Mieming have a lot to offer both in the summer and winter, and both villages combine sports and activities with an unparalleled nature experience.



Enjoy 55 km of hiking trails, 9 and 18-hole golf courses, a romantic bathing lake, an outdoor pool in a charming woodland location, an indoor pool, tennis courts, homey mountain lodges, an equestrian center, a skating park, and great mountain bike routes.

Free rental of Nordic walking poles, snow-shoes and poles in the Obsteig and Mieming tourist offices
Daily free transportation between Obsteig/Holzleiten, Telfs and Innsbruck

Free guided tour of Stift Stams*: Wednesdays at 2pm; October through May
Trip to Innsbruck*: Guided tour; once a week; free of charge
Free admission to the Telfs indoor pool
