Hiking Pleasures in St. Jakob im Defereggental
The village of St. Jakob in the Defereggental valley is located in the middle of the Hohe Tauern National Park at 1,390 meters above sea level, however, the temperatures are rather mild: Due to the fact that the valley runs from east to west, there is more sunshine than in other places.
