The Mehlerhaus building, a 17th century farmhouse, was renovated in 1999 and is now open to the public.
Until 1992 the house had been occupied; now everybody is welcome to marvel at the beautiful ancient wood-paneled parlors and the kitchen, which has been the center of people´s lives in former times.

Special exhibition at MehlerhausOn the occasion of the 200th anniversary of Schützenkompanie Tux and the 175th anniversary of Bundesmusikkapelle Tux, Mehlerhaus hosts a special, theme-related exhibition. An impressive collection of pictures, music instruments, rifles and equipment. You may also visit the simultaneously hosted exhibitions "Tux Magnesite Factory - 1920 to 1076" and "Old Agricultural Tools". The grand opening of the exhibition will take place during the 'Regular Guests' Week.
