The homey ambiance of our place enhances your holidays!
That´s how it started:
In 1957 the Schermer family opened a small milk bar in Westendarf. It soon became a snack bar and then a guesthouse with beds.
In 1980 it was extended to be a 4-star hotel.
In 2003 it was extended and renovated. Now it is a personal-run 4-star wellness hotel.
Thanks to the renovation of the main parlor, the hotel was awarded the 4**** Superior category in 2008.
In December 2000 Andrea and Jakob Schermer took over the hotel and ever since then they have run it with love and passion.
The older generation still helps with the business. This improves the personal atmosphere of the place.

Summary of the familiy's history:
Our farm called "Jaga" in Brixen has been owned by the family for over 500 years.
Today the farm is run by Markus Schermer, your host's brother. It provides the hotel's cuisine with natural, organic produce including beef, pork and milk.
