SMOKING
Sincec we are a family hotel we ask you to refrain from smoking in your room. Smokers are welcome to smoke on the balcony (if there is one) and of course in the Hotel Bar. We hope you understand that cigars, pipes other "smell intensive" tobaccos are only allowed outside ;-)

SAFE
The best place for your valuables is your room safe. The key for your in-room safe is available at the Reception (deposit fee: EUR 10).

SAUNA
(infrared) is in the basement of Hotel Central.

SAUNA BATHS
(at St. Johanner Hof)
Take time out to relax and unwind in our Wellness Oasis! For your relaxation there are a Sanarium with color lights, a scented steam room, an infrared cabin (excellent for sore muscles!), a chill-out area with colored lights & warmth loungers. Pure bliss!
The sauna baths is a relaxation area exclusively for adults - that's why there are no bathrobes for children at your room. In the winter the sauna area is open daily from 3pm - 9pm, in the summer after prior arrangement (don't forget to allow for 1 hour for heating up the sauna).

Sunbeds: are located in the sauna area. Coins are available at the Reception and cost EUR 6 per tanning session.

Food: is not allowed in the rooms. For those in-between hunger attacks you will find a Snack Menu in our Restaurant. Please do not consume drinks bought outside of the hotel in our Restaurant, Lounges or the Lobby.

Games: of all kinds for all ages are available at the Reception. Please remember to fill in the list so we always know which game is being used where.

GEMSTONES: all stones can be bought in our shop. They are said to boost one's health, are beautiful and make for a good souvenir.

Minimize your cell phone bill with our cheap phone call rates! Don´t forget to dial "0" for external calls.
To get to our reception desk you dial: 550, to call another room 3 + room number; emergency calls: fire brigade: 122, police: 133, ambulance: 144.

PING PONG TABLE
\in the basement. Balls and bats are available in the Games Corner.

TIPS
Tips are most welcome.
There is a tip box located at the front counter. The tips are divided among all hotel staff - including those who work in the background and are not seen very often.

DOOR SIGNS
are not available at our hotel. But we have a PILLOW (= do not disturb) and a BROOM (= please clean the room). PS: these handmade "signs" are available for sale, just as our pepper grinders, restaurant chairs, ... !

TV
Cable TV with 39 channels and free Premiere (Premiere 1, Disney Channel, Premiere Sport 1).

WAKE-UP SERVICE
Please call the reception for this service.

ROOM KEY
During the day you can leave your key at the reception. In the evenings please remember to NOT leave without your room key. The black key opens the ski cellar, the sauna area and the main entrance.
