Safe: the best place for your valuables is in your room safe. The key for your in-room safe is available at the Reception (deposit fee: Euro 10).

Sauna Baths: take time out to relax and unwind in our Wellness Oasis! For your relaxation there are a Sanarium with color lights, a scented steam room, an infrared cabin (= perfect to soothe achy muscles!), a chill-out area with colored lights & warmth loungers. Pure bliss!

Sunbeds: are located in the sauna area. Coins are available at the Reception and cost Euro 6 per tanning session.

Food: is not allowed in the rooms. For those in-between hunger attacks you will find a Snack Menu in our Restaurant. Please do not consume drinks bought outside of the hotel in our Restaurant.

Games: of all kinds for all ages are available at the Reception. Please remember to fill in the list so we always know which game is being used where.

Play Areas: in the basement and the weather protected courtyard.

Phone Calls: minimize your cell phone bill with our cheap phone call rates! To call the reception dial '450', to reach another room first dial '2' followed by the room number. Don´t forget to dial "0" for external calls. Emergency calls: fire: 122, police: 133, red cross: 144

Ping Pong: can be played in our covered courtyard. Balls and bats are available in the Games Corner.

Tips: if you feel inclined to tip our staff it will be most appreciated  !
There is a tip box located at the front counter. The tips are divided among all hotel staff - including those who work in the background and are not seen very often.

Instead of the usual door signs we have a PILLOW (do not disturb) and a BROOM (please clean).

These handmade articles can be purchased in our shop as well as our pepper mill, restaurant chairs ...

TV: we have 39 channels including free Premiere (Premiere 1,
Disney Kanal, Premiere Sport 1)

Alarm call: Please tell our receptionists if you wish to be woken up in the mornings

Room key: during the day you can leave it at the reception but at night you must always take it with you; the black key is for the ski cellar, the sauna and the main entrance.
