We are very flexible regarding breakfast hours. Upon arrangement, our guests may even come as early as 6.00 a.m. or after 10.00 a.m.

The speciality of our house is home-made apricot jam, which can also be purchased.

The two ladies on the picture have rather had little for breakfast. In addition, we can serve you soft boiled eggs, sausages, ham, cheese, fruit juice, yoghurt, etc.

Norbert, Jo and Herta from Atzbach, near Vöcklabruck, have chosen to visit us each year in July on the occasion of the Wachauer Cycling Days.

In the evenings before and after the race, the three of them can always be found at the local Heurigen Prosenitsch-Eichelmann.

This is our room n° 1, a double room on the 1st floor.

Our goal is to offer all rooms equivalent and in top condition. In January 2011 we have renovated the rooms n° 11 and n° 12.

This is our room n° 3, a single room on the 1st floor.

Look forward to a new amenity: complimentary wireless internet access and a hair-dryer are now available in all rooms !

In November 2011 we have redesigned the corridor in the yellow wing and in December 2011 the rooms n° 6, n° 7 and n° 15 have been renovated.

The year before last we have painted the whole staircase.

On the table opposite the stairs you find numerous information material and folders of the region "Wachau-Nibelungengau-Kremstal", Lower Austria and Vienna.

The flower baskets we use this year come from the nursery Fries in Krems. They have already been planted on April 22.

This time, the dark pink geraniums called "Moonlight Greco klegreo" have made the race !

House "Unterer Markt 72", owned by the family Ludwig Proidl: large, traditional two-storey building, built in 1904 by Alfred Castelliz, beautifully scaled, with circular jutty above the entrance loggia on pillars, high gable.

Our garden is open to our guests, featuring a lawn with deck chairs and quiet banks.

Those who dislike the plain heat can find comfort in the shadow of the large sun shade or the 4 m large hazelnut tree.

The majority of our guests are from Austria and Germany. From January to December 2011, however, we have already had guests from

the Ukraine, Japan, Finland, Slovenia, Norway, Sweden, Bulgaria, Israel, Great Britain, Spain, Canada, Argentina, Australia, Netherlands, Russia, Singapore, United States (Oregon, Arizona, Virginia, New Jersey, Florida, Washington), Liechtenstein, Hungary, Belgium, Czech Republic, Poland, Switzerland, Romania, Italy, France, Romania, Taiwan and Slovakia.
