The most impressive entrance to the historical city centre leads through the magnificent Steiner Tor. Surrounded by vineyards on terraces, the 1000-year old city has its own special atmosphere at every time of the year.

Historical buildings are characteristic for the city landscape, in which churches, monasteries, residences and old fortifications alternate. A beautiful pedestrian zones leads from the Steiner Tor towards the city centre.
