Services included:
Rates are inclusive of end-of-stay cleaning, bed linen/sheets, towles and all taxes. Towels are changed every 3rd or 4th day.

Garage:
In-house parking in our garage.

Check-in and check-out:
Check-in from 2.00 pm (day of arrival). Check-out until 10.00 am (day of departure). No price reduction in case of late arrival, early departure or no-show.

Booking and payment options:
A 35% down payment of the total amount is required for valid bookings. The rest has to be paid one day prior to departure at the reception desk. We accept only cash payment. Sorry no EC or credit cards.

Cancellation:
The general Austrian Hotel Terms & Conditions apply. You are strongly recommended to take out a travel insurance!
