Being a member of the Kärntner Wirtshauskultur and Genuss Region Österreich Associations we have always focused on regional and local products.
Since January 2010 we offer an organic menu, thanks to the efforts of Chef Harald Urschitz and his team.
So what does 'organic' mean? It indicates that the ingredients we use to prepare our meals originate from approved producers and suppliers of organic produce, who are subject to regular checks by the respective authorities. The Dorfwirt restaurant is Lacon approved.
