Lake Grundlsee

In summer Grundlsee offers great water fun for swimmers, scuba divers, windsurfers, sailors, sunbathers and nature lovers.

Grundlsee is located at 709 meters above sea level and is the largest of Styria's lake, hence the nickname "Styrian Sea". The 14-kilometer long bathing beach is largely freely accessible and there are 3 sections that feature facilities for guests. One section is reserved for nudist bathing. Activities: boat cruises (Grundlsee, Toplitzsee, Kammersee), boat rental, sailing & windsurfing school, yacht club, fishing, scuba diving. In the summer Grundlsee has a water temperature of around 25 Celsius. Water quality: class A.
