Somewhat of a dissapointed as a return guest
Six years ago I stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience, including the fact the hotel had a good restaurant with good local cuisine.
This time rooms were still OK, but...
... the current restaurant is a poor version of an Italian Trattoria in the basement, with poor decoration, and the quality of the food was poor.

Schönes Hotel mit sehr gutem italienischem Restaurant
Hotel Traube ist ein familienbetrieb, der viel Wert auf das Wohl seiner Gäste legt. Die Zimmer bedürften meiner Meinung nach einer Renovierung, da die Einrichtung eindeutig schon...
... mehrere Jahre auf dem Buckel hat. Abgesehen davon gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Der Chef des Hauses versteht sich sehr gut auf Weine und empfiehlt gerne den richtigen Tropfen zum Mahl. Zudem ist die Auswahl an Weinen immens. Für Weinliebhaber und -kenner dürfte das Hotel Traube genau richtig sein. Das dem Hotel angeschlossene italienische Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen, da man in der offenen Küche sehen kann, wie die frischen Gerichte zubereitet werden und die Auswahl zwar klein aber fein ist.
