Für 1 Übernachtung genügt's
Das einzig wirklich Positive ist die Lage direkt am Hauptplatz. Das Hotel selbst wirkt so, als ob man vor 30 Jahren vergessen hätte, zu renovieren... Der Geruch der Gänge, des Zimmers...
... und vor allem der Weißwäsche erinnern an den Besuch bei Oma im Seniorenheim. Etwas dürftig war auch das Frühstücksbuffet: der dünne Kaffe aus der Großthermoskanne hat die fehlende Auswahl auch nicht wett gemacht. Aber die Gesamtsituation dürfte wohl auch dem Personal nicht fremd sein: beim Auschecken wurde wohlweislich auf den Standardsatz: "ich hoffe, es war alles zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit" verzichtet...

One day stay
The Hotel is right on the town's central square. The town is nice, especially near Christmas, as lots of people are having a good time over some hot punch.

- the building has some history and it is clean;
- furniture is old but decent (the 10" or so old style TV could be updated).
- breakfast was very good (almost 4 star hotel)
- nice people at the reception
- parking for 30 mins in front of the hotel. For the rest you have to use the parking garages in the area (Saturdays after 12:00 an Sundays was free anyway)
- the building has some history and it is clean;
- furniture is old but decent (the 10" or so old style TV could be updated).

Sehr empfehlenswert
Sehr nettes Personal, Lage perfekt, angenehmes Zimmer und das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen wenn ich in Wiener Neustadt bin.

Dieses Hotel ist ein Relikt aus dem Ostblock. Nicht nur das gesamte Haus auch das Personal ist dringend sanierungsbedürftig.
Der Eindruck des Hotels ist schmutzig.

Wir verbrachten nur eine Nacht im Hotel, die Bewertung hat deswegen nur einen relativen Wert. Der Empfang war aber sehr angenehm, das Personal sehr gefällig.

OK, the hotel is somewhat older (after all, it is part of the historic center) and doesn't have all the amenities of, let's say, a wellness resort. But who needs all that anyway if you are busy with other things?

Nice stay
All was very nice in the hotel, but it seemed our reservation was lost (our names and the rate agreed with tiscover). This was no problem as we had printed the tiscover reservation,...
... but we had a feeling the hotel was not very happy about it.
