absolut nicht empfehlenswert
Ein Hotel, welches dringend saniert werden sollte. Zimmer mit altem Mobilar, welches z.T. nicht funktioniert(Schlösser), Badmöbel vom Wasser aufgequollen, keine Duschabtrennung,...
... Duschkopf war gerissen, so das das Wasser seitlich heraussprizte, defektes Licht am Spiegelschrank, alte verschmutzte Teppiche.
Das ganze Ambiente ist nicht ansprechend und im gesamten Hotel stinkt es nach Rauch, denn im Untergeschoss ist ein Lokal. Der gesamte Rauch zieht wie in einem Kamin hoch zu den Zimmern. Am Morgen stinkt es nach kaltem Rauch-unerträglich für einen Nichtraucher. Es hat selbst meine Partnerin gestört und Sie raucht selbst!!!

Rezeption war nie besetzt. Einziger Ansprechpartner war die Frau, die für das Frühstück verantwortlich war. Und Sie hat Ihr Bestes gegeben.

Good hotel, in an excellent location. No elevator in this hotel meant climbing two large staircases. Friendly and helpful check-in and fast payment upon early departure next morning. ...

Friendly and helpful check-in (by a member of the restaurant staff). Efficient and fast check-out by the waitress at breakfast (left before 08:00 hours).

Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, jedoch bei weitem nicht 4 Sterne entsprechend. Badewanne mit Duschgelegenheit ohne Vorhang, Risse in den Wänden und Fliesen. Kleines WC mit provisorischer Türe usw.

Sehr empfehlenswert
super preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend, Zimmer supergroß und auch Frühstück sehr gut.

Tolles Hotel am Lienzer Marktplatz
an sich ruhige Lage am Marktplatz; trotzdem mussten wir zum Schlafen das Fenster schließen, da es wegen der Freiluftgastronomie recht lautstark war. Das Hotel ist ein Altbau in gutem Zustand und hat Charakter.

Das Restaurant im ersten Stock war geschlossen, kein Nachtessen möglich. Anreise mit Auto problematisch, da keine Parkpklätze vorhanden und auch kein Güterumschlag beim Hotel möglich....
... Eine Hilfe seitens des Hotel beim Ausladen war nicht vorhanden.

Very comfortable. An American new station would be helpful. I really do not know what else is in the area to compare it to, but our stay was comfortable and nice.
