Do you remember what silence sounds like?

Our farm was built in 1818 and is situated in a 'place of power' at the foothills of Lormanberg mountain, 2.5km south of Kirchberg an der Raab.

The farm comprises 3 holiday homes. Our lovely rooms with natural charm have been furnished in accordance with ecological principles. We have been awarded the Steirisches Wahrzeichen label, making us one of the symbols of the province of Styria.

Kids enjoy nature and have ample space to romp about in the garden.

Those into cooking will appreciate the herb garden. Flowers and bushes welcome you everywhere around the house.

Thermal spas, castles, wineries, wine taverns and GRAZ, the 2003 Cultural Capital of Europe, are nearby. Tennis, riding and a swimming pond are 3km away.

Access to the extended cycling-trail network, bike rental at our farm.
