Super!! Immer wieder gerne!
Wonderful hotel with great food and friendly people! We enjoyed 4 beautiful days there and would love to go back anytime. The pool and sauna area were very nice as well.

Sehr schones Hotel, sehr sauber und neu, direkt an der Gletscherstrasse. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert wegen des hervorragendes Essens, Freundlichkeit des Personals, schones Saunabereichs.

Die zimmer im stiegenbereiche sind leider sehr laut wenn gäste spät schlafen gehen und die matratzen waren stein hart

Zuerst alles war überall so sauber. Auch die Details waren besorgt. Die Bettdecken jeden Tag anders gefaltet, sowie die Handtücher. Die Zimmer waren gut schalldicht.Das Personal war...
... sehr freundlich. Das essen war sehr gut und den buffet immer gut garniert. Jeden Morgen eine kleine Zeitung auf dem Tisch. Wanderungen waren gratis vom Hotel organisiert.
Am ersten Abend, eine kleine Begrüssung wo man uns die interessanten Sachen der Gegend erklärt .

big fan of Austrian hospitality
I have to admit we were very disapointed! the hotel advertized an outdoor swimimng pool- but there is so such thing!!! the sun deck is so small (4 chairs) and near the front desk; not...
... in the open in a green area. The hotel is very poorly decoretted we missed the cosy ,lovely feeling we usualy meet in may accomotions in Austria.

We're very sorry that you missed an outdoor swimming pool. We have an indoor swimming pool, and we have never advertised an outdoor swimming pool. It's also written on our website that we offer an indoor swimming pool. If you look carefully to the pictures of the pool area you can see that it is an indoor pool and you can count at least 8 deck chairs. In reality there are 17 deck chairs and not only 4 deck chairs. Cake and pastry is free and drinks are to be paid. We never promised to offer free coffee or tea for the afternoon pastry.
