Just a 10-minute walk from the town center; ski bus stop 100 m away; 2-minute drive to the Wilder Kaiser-Brixental ski area; 15-minute drive to Kitzbühel; 2 km to the lake; cross-country skiing tracks and cycle paths depart from the front door.
